The pasties are prepared in the traditional way, then they are blast-frozen to -40°C, delivered to your retail outlet and stored at -20°C in a freezer until wanted. They are then cooked for 45 minutes. If necessary, both the freezer and oven can be provided by Ivor Dewdney Pasties under a variety of lease or purchase options, but if you've already got your own, so much the better.

The result is an infinitely more enjoyable oven-fresh pasty which can stay hot for approximately one hour on an insulated rack.
